航空发动机燃油附件是发动机控制系统的重要组成部分,它直接影响发动机的安全和性能。燃油附件在修理过程中,清洁度的控制是保证产品质量的重要条件和有效手段。本文以某型发动机燃油附件为例,分析了污染产生的原因,研究了污染对燃油附件的影响,选择了修理过程中的清洁度标准,并探讨了修理过程中应采取的措施,将对提高燃油附件修理质量、减少故障起到重要的积极作用。

Fuel accessories are the most important parts of the aircraft engine controlling system, which directly effect the safety and performance of the engine. During the fuel accessories repaired process, the cleanliness control is a important measure to gain quality.Based on the sources of the pollution, an emphasis was put upon the analysis of the effect of the on fuel accessories, and cleanliness standard in repaired process was chosen, then the measures which should be adopted in repaired process were discussed, so that fuel accessories successfully repaired can work normally in a overhaul cycle.
