摘要
对一种喷射式微型J-T制冷器的热交换性能进行研究分析,选用30MPa的氮气作为工质,截取温度对性能影响最大的部分,采用CFD软件FLUENT模拟研究其从启动到稳定工作时的温度的分部情况,寻找到提高热交换性能的方法,从换热的角度为后续改进制冷器的性能提供理论依据。
The heat exchange performance of a micro spray J-T Cooler was studied. 30 MPa nitrogen is chosen as the working fluid,and the part which is influenced most by temperature is cut out. Simulation study on the part from the start to the stable working temperature by using CFD software FLUENT is to find the ways to improve the performance of heat exchange. For this point, it is to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement of the refrigeration performance.
