摘要
广州地铁3号线北延段B2/B4型车受电弓型号为TSG18F型气囊弓,碳滑板为整体式MY258A2型浸金属碳滑板,正线接触线为全波形布置的刚性接触线,在长期运行过程中,碳滑板磨耗到限后的形状呈现出一定的规律和现象,如磨耗面存在异常凹槽、磨耗率高等问题,导致碳滑板更换过快,增加经济成本。本文通过分析,阐释了碳滑板异常磨耗的原因,并提出了改进方案。
The pantograph type B2/B4 of North Extension of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 is TSG18F airbag bow. The carbon skateboard is the integral type MY258A2 immersed metal carbon skateboard. The line of positive contact is a rigid contact line with full waveform. In the long-term operation process, carbon skateboard wear to the limit of the shape showed a certain regularity and phenomena, such as the wear surface abnormal groove, wear rate and other issues, leading to carbon skateboard replacement too fast, increasing economic costs. This paper analyzes and explains the reasons for the abnormal wear of carbon skateboards and puts forward the improvement plan.
