摘要
十三五期间随着国家大力提倡节能减排,在电力投资建设以热定电的原则下各地投资建设的蒸汽联合循环机组项目越来越多,这种"热电联产"项目或者"热电冷三联供分布式能源"项目通过配套蒸汽管道建设将合格的蒸汽产品提供至用户。蒸汽管网建设的过程中沿途需要穿越道路(铁路)、跨越河流,因场地及周围环境的影响,管道在施工过程中不可能全部采用开挖及上跨桁架的形式,因此管道非开挖施工技术在体现了其优越性。本文结合项目实际,重点探讨了非开挖技术在大口径、长距离蒸汽管道建设中的应用。
As the state vigorously advocates energy conservation and emission reduction during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, more and more steam combined cycle units are invested and constructed under the principle of heat and power investment and construction. This kind of "heat-power combined production" project or "heat-electric-cooling triple supply distributed energy" project supply users with qualified steam products by construction of supported steam pipe. During the process of steam pipe network construction, it is necessary to cross the road(railroad) and cross the river. Due to the influence of the site and the surrounding environment, it is impossible for the pipeline to be fully excavated and trans-truss in the process of construction. Therefore, technology reflects its superiority. Based on the actual project, this paper focuses on the application of trenchless technology in the construction of large-caliber and long-distance steam pipelines.
