为了丰富和发展以学生创新能力培养的教学方式,本文通过"完善学生创新课程体系"、"加强创新师资队伍建设"、"加强学生创新基地建设"、"建立生本的创新团队"、"建立特色的创新项目"及"建立特色的创新竞赛"多元模式的学生创新能力培养教学改革,并加以实践,从而提高学生教学质量,培养创新型人才。

In order to enrich and develop the teaching mode of cultivating students' creative ability, this paper puts forward the teaching reform of students' creative ability through multi-mode, such as "improve the system of student innovation curriculum", "strengthen the construction of innovative teachers", "strengthen the construction of student innovation base", "establish a creative team of students", "create innovative projects with characteristics" and "create innovative contest with characteristics", and practices them, so as to improve the teaching quality and cultivate innovative talents.
