境外涉藏NGO的行为动机分析

Analysis on the Motives of Overseas Tibet-Related NGOs

境外涉藏非政府组织(以下简称境外涉藏NGO)是伪西藏流亡政府的一支重要国际支持力量,它们竭尽所能地为伪政府提供物质援助或道义舆论支持。与其他非政府组织相类似,境外涉藏NGO的行为有其自发自愿性的一面。深刻认识境外涉藏NGO的行为动机,是我们开展有针对性的反制工作的认识基础。这些行为动机主要包括植根于西方基督文化的宗教原因、西方的香格里拉幻想、捐赠的回馈预期、反共思潮、自由的人道主义价值等。

Overseas Tibet-related Non-Governmental Organizations(hereafter Tibet-related NGOs)are an important international supporting force for the Pseudo-Tibet regime in exile. They are doing everything to provide the Pseudo government with material and moral support. Similar to other NGOs, the actions of Tibet-related NGOs are also based on their own free wills in some sense.Therefore, in order to take targeted countermeasures, we need to have a thorough understanding of their motives including the religious beliefs rooted in the Western Christian culture, some Western people's fantasy of a wonderland like Shangri-La, expected return of the donations, anti-communist thoughts, and liberal humanitarianism, etc.
