摘要
主要运用生态系统服务价值评价当量因子原理及方法构建了相关评价及修订模型,对受水电开发影响的库区河流、移民安置区、引水灌区和大气环境等四方面生态系统价值量损益做了评价。从对九甸峡水利枢纽工程的评价结果看,生态正效应价值量为3 889.55×10~5元/a,负效应价值量为-4 319.94×10~5元/a,负效应大于正效应,水电开发总体生态价值损失为-430.39×10~5元/a,为开展相关生态补偿提供了依据。
The present essay, by employing the ecological value equivalent theory and its method, mainly constructs the relevant evaluation and revision model, and evaluates the influence of hydropower development on ecosystem service value of river, resettlement area, diversion irrigation area and atmospheric environment. Seen from the evaluation results of Jiudianxia Hydropower, the ecological positive effect is 3 811.73×105 yuan/a, the ecological negative effect is -4 319.94×105 yuan/a, the total ecological value loss of hydropower development is -430.39×105 yuan/a, which provides reference for ecological compensation.
