氧化铈掺杂石墨烯负载铂镍催化剂的制备及对甲醇的电催化性能研究

摘要 采用改进的Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯,以氧化铈掺杂的氧化石墨烯为载体,采用浸渍还原法制备了PtNi_3/CeO_2/RGO催化剂.通过透射电镜、X射线衍射及X射线光电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征,利用循环伏安法和计时电流法考察了催化剂的活性和稳定性.结果表明,PtNi_3/CeO_2/RGO对于电催化氧化甲醇具有较高的活性和稳定性,PtNi_3/CeO_2/RGO在1.0 mol/L KOH+1.0 mol/L CH3OH溶液中的峰电流为406.62 m A/mg. Graphene oxide was synthesized by the modified Hummers method. PtNi3/CeO2/RGO catalyst was prepared by impregnation reduction method using graphene oxide modified by cerium oxide as supporter.The catalysts were characterized by transmission electron microsco-py(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) .The activity and stability of the catalysts were investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and chronoamperometry(CA) .The results showed that PtNi3/CeO2/RGO catalyst had the higher activity and stability for methanol electrocatalytic oxidation and the peak current of PtNi3/CeO2/RGO reached 406.62 mA/mg in the solution of 1.0 mol/L KOH+1.0 mol/L CH3OH.
