摘要
为了满足各级医疗卫生体系评价个体碘营养的需求,制定了《血清中碘的测定砷铈催化分光光度法》标准。本标准方法选择了适宜的消解条件及测定条件,标准曲线线性范围广、相关系数好、检测限低、测定精密度和准确度高、抗干扰能力强,设备简单、污染小、成本低、便于批量检测,具有广泛的适用性。
In order to meet the needs of the assessment of individualiodine nutrition at all levels of health care system, the standardof “Determination of iodine in serum - As3+- Ce4+ catalyticspectrophotometry” was formulated. The appropriate digestionconditions and determination conditions were chosen in this standardmethod. The new method has the advantages of wide linear range, lowdetection limit, higher precision and accuracy, strong anti-interferenceability, simpler equipment, low pollution, low cost, easily batch testingand wide applicability.
