病案首页数据质量缺陷的根因分析

Application of Root Cause Analysis Method in The Data Quality Defect in The First Page of Medical Records Archiving

目的通过对病案首页质量的监控,找出首页质量缺陷存在的原因,提出解决的方案,规范首页的填写,提升医院档案工作的效率。方法采取随机抽取1 000份不同科室病历的方法对病案首页实行质量监控,运用根因分析寻找病案首页质量的缺陷并加以干预解决。结果对于干预前后的结果进行分析,2017年第一季度病案首页填写质量合格率为85%,干预后第二季度合格率上升为95%。结论病案信息管理是医院档案工作的重要组成部分,将根因分析法应用在病案首页质量管理中,实现了思路的改变,档案工作者要想有效解决病案首页质量缺陷问题,需要深入分析首页质量缺陷根本制约因素,为提高首页规范填写质量提供有效途径。

Objective To fnd out the reasons and solutions of data quality defect in the first page of medical records archiving through monitoring, and improve the efficiency of archives work. Methods 1 000 medical records from different departments were randomly selected, the data quality defect in the first page of medical records by root cause analysis method was analyzed and gave intervention. Results Compared with the result before intervention, the accuracy of correct flling in the frst page of medical records archiving was only 85% in the frst quarter of 2017, after intervention, the accuracy upgrades to 95% in second quarter. Conclusion Medical records management is the important part of hospital archive management, the application of root cause analysis method in the data quality defect in the first page of medical records archiving shows the different way of thinking. In order to solve data quality problem, analyzing the main reasons is the most effciency way.
