口咽通气管吸痰在心力衰竭合并肺部感染老年患者中应用效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察给呼吸道清理无效的肺部感染老年患者放置口咽通气管进行吸痰的临床效果。方法将某三甲心血管内科2016年6月—2017年6月54例清理呼吸道无效的慢性心力衰竭合并肺部感染老年患者随机分为观察组(使用口咽通气管吸痰法)和对照组(传统口鼻吸痰法)各27例进行吸痰效果的观察对比。结果观察组与对照组吸痰在患者配合情况、有效咳嗽、血氧饱和度、气道黏膜损伤等方面均存显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在清理呼吸道无效的老年患者中,对比传统的口鼻吸痰法,使用口咽通气管对患者呼吸道刺激性较小,可以更好的开放气道更彻底地清理呼吸道痰液,更有效的减少患者痰鸣音,放置口咽通气管吸痰方法易掌握且吸痰效果好,患者痛苦小,吸痰效率高,适合应用于心力衰竭合并肺部感染老年患者的临床护理中。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the inhalation of the respiratory tract in patients with aged patients with the inhalation of respiratory tract. Methods A third cardiovascular internal medicine from June 2016 to June 2017, 54 cases of chronic heart failure with clear respiratory invalid pulmonary infection in elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group (using the oropharynx vent sputum suction method) and the control group (traditional method of sputum suction mouth and nose) all the 27 cases, sputum suction effect was observed and compared. Results The observation group showed significant difference in the patients' cooperation with the control group, the effective cough, the oxygen saturation and the damage of the airway mucosa (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Clear in elderly patients with respiratory tract is invalid, compared to the traditional method of sputum suction mouth and nose, using a smaller oropharynx ventilation tube for patients with respiratory tract irritation, better able to open the airway more thoroughly clean airway mucus, more effective to reduce patients' sputum sound, place the oropharynx vent sputum suction method is easy to grasp and sputum suction effect is good, pain in patients with small, sputum suction effciency is high, suitable for application in the pulmonary infection of elderly patients with heart failure in clinical nursing.
