西药房中儿科处方的不合理用药情况及干预对策分析

Analysis of Irrational Drug Use and Intervention Countermeasures of Pediatric Prescriptions in Western Medicine

目的分析西药房中儿科处方的不合理用药情况及干预对策。方法纳入的研究对象为2015年3月—2016年3月我院西药房中儿科的80例处方,开展门诊处方调剂前干预和调剂前未干预两种方式的比较。结果调剂前干预后较调剂前未干预用药不合理情况更低(P<0.05)。结论对西药房儿科处方开展合理的用药干预,可明显降低处方的用药不合理情况,值得临床深究。

Objective To analyze the irrational drug use of pediatric prescriptions in the Western medicine room and the intervention strategies. Methods The subjects of the study included 80 prescriptions of pediatrics in the Western medicine room from March 2015 to March 2016, and the comparison between the intervention before dispensing and the intervention before adjustment. Results Before the intervention, the unreasonable situation of drug use was lower than before adjustment after the adjustment without intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rational medication intervention in the pediatric prescription of Western medicine room can obviously reduce the irrational drug use of prescription, and it is worthy of clinical probing.
