中医定向透药疗法改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的疗效观察

Effect of TCM Directional Drug Penetration Therapy on Lumbar Function in Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨中医定向透药疗法改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的护理效果。方法符合气滞血瘀型诊断的腰椎间盘突出症住院患者80例,使用随机法,分为两组,每组40例。对照组予常规治疗和护理,试验组除上述治疗外,予中医定向透药疗法治疗,两组的干预时间均为7 d。入院第1天和第7天评估患者JOA分值。结果两组患者干预后在症状总评分方面均有改善,试验组患者显效和有效数共33例,临床有效率达82.5%;对照组患者临床显效和有效数共23例,总有效率为57.5%,两组临床疗效比较,试验组优于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法对于气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能改善具有较大的意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM directional drug therapy on lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion diagnosed by qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, the experimental group was treated with directional drug penetration therapy except the appeal treatment, and the intervention time of the two groups was 7 days. JOA scores were assessed at frst and seventh days after admission. Results Two groups of patients after the intervention in the score of symptoms were improved, in experimental group markedly effective and effective number of 33 cases, the clinical effective rate was 82.5%; the control group of patients with clinical effect and the effective number of 23 cases, the total effective rate was 57.5%,the clinical effcacy of the experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant the difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM directional drug therapy is of great significance for the improvement of lumbar function in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
