中医辨证加减联合西药治疗荨麻疹的疗效观察

Observation on The Curative Effect of The Modified Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With The Western Medicine in The Treatment of Urticaria

目的探讨中医辨证加减联合西药治疗荨麻疹临床疗效。方法本次研究病例来源于我院门诊部收治的80例荨麻疹患者,依据治疗方案不同将患者分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上另联合中医辨证加减治疗,对比两组治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组总有效率87.50%高于对照组67.50%(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候总积分均显著降低,且研究组治疗1周、3周、4周后总积分(4.07±1.02)分、(2.17±0.69)分、(1.17±0.49)分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1年随访复发率10.00%较对照组27.50%低(P<0.05);不良反应发生率组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证加减联合西药治疗荨麻疹临床效果显著,可改善患者症状,降低复发率,是一种疗效确切、安全可靠的药物方案。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the modified syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the western medicine in the treatment of urticaria. Methods A total 80 cases of urticaria were collected from the outpatient department of our hospital. According to the different treatment schemes, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with the modifed TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effcacy of two groups after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 87.50%, higher than that of the control group （67.50%）（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were signifcantly reduced, and the total scores of the study group [（4.07±1.02） points, （2.17±0.69） points and （1.17±0.49） points] were reduced more signifcantly than those of the control group after 1 week, 3 weeks and 4 weeks of the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The recurrence rate of the follow-up after 1 year of treatment in the study group was 10.00%, lower than that in the control group 27.50% （P 〈 0.05）. There were insignifcant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the modified syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the western medicine in the treatment of urticaria is obvious. It can improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of patients. It is an effective, safeand reliable drug program.
