摘要
目的探讨高龄备孕妇女血清AMH和FSH、LH水平的变化,了解AMH与年龄的关系及在高龄备孕妇女中的检测意义。方法收集我院2016年3—9月保健门诊做孕前检查的年龄在35~44岁生育期妇女256例作为研究组,按月经是否规则分为:月经规则组167例,月经紊乱组89例,并设对照组月经正常的23~30岁妇女63例,同时检测血清AMH,FSH,LH水平,计算FSH/LH比值,并做出分析。结果对照组AMH水平高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与月经正常组FSH、LH水平无差异(P>0.05),FSH/LH比值对照组低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AMH水平随年龄的增长而逐渐下降,是卵巢功能衰退的敏感指标,联合FSH,LH,FSH/LH比值检测对高龄备孕妇女卵巢储备功能预测中具有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum AMH and FSH and LH levels of pregnant women with high age, so as to understand the relationship between AMH and age and the significance of detection in pregnant women at advanced age. Methods 256 women aged 35 to 44 who took preconception examination at the reproductive center of our hospital from March to September 2016, according to whether they had normal physiological cycle were divided into menstrual rule group 167 women and menstrual disorder group 89 women, 63 women aged 23 to 30 who had normal menstrual cycles as the control group, while detecting serum AMH, FSH, LH level, FSH/LH, and were analyzed. Results The level of AMH in the control group was higher than that in the study group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05); There were no signifcant difference in FSH or LH level between the control group and menstrual rule group (P 〉 0.05). The ratio of FSH/LH of the control group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion AMH level gradually decreases with the growth of the age, it is a sensitive indicator of ovarian function decline, FSH, LH, FSH/LH ratio test of age for pregnant women who has an important value in the ovarian reserve function prediction.
