脑梗死后肢体偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理干预对其运动功能恢复的影响

Influence of Implementation of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention for Recovery of Motor Function in Patients With Hemiplegia After Cerebral Infarction

目的分析研讨脑梗死后肢体偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理干预对其运动功能恢复的影响状况。方法随机从我院2015年8月—2016年12月期间收治的脑梗死后肢体偏瘫患者中,抽取80例纳入到讨论中,每组各40例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受早期康复护理干预,观察干预状况,如运动功能状况等,并对比分析。结果对比两组患者护理满意度,研究组95.00%高于对照组77.50%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数,干预前组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可将早期康复护理干预应用到脑梗死后肢体偏瘫疾病患者中,其肢体功能恢复明显,提升其生活自理能力,改善疾病预后,有推广性。

Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of implementation of early rehabilitation nursing intervention for recovery of motor function in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction and who accepted treatments in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected and were included in the discussion, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was received routine nursing, while the study group was received early rehabilitation nursing intervention. Then, the intervention status was observed, such as motor function status, and were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared, the study group of 95.00% was higher than that in the control group of 77.50%, and the data between the two groups were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）.The Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index were compared between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention （P 〉0.05）; After intervention, the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the data between the two groups were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing intervention can be applied to the patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction, which its recovery of limb function are obvious, which can improve the self-care ability and improves the prognosis of the disease, thus it have promotion.
