以胜任力为导向的手术室专科护士培训效果临床观察

Clinical Observation of Competency-based Training in Operating Room Specialist Nurses

目的对手术室专科护士进行基于胜任力为导向的专业培训,探讨其效果。方法选取我院手术室的23名专科护士进行以岗位需求为导向的专科培训,在培训前后对护士的能力和满意度进行评价。结果培训后手术室护士的专业理论能力和实践操作能力均优于培训前,科室对专科护士岗位胜任能力的满意度评价也优于培训前,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对手术室专科护士通过以胜任力为导向的专业培训方式进行培训,能够有效提升护士的操作能力和理论知识水平,同时改善科室对专科护士岗位胜任能力的满意度,该培训模式值得被推广使用。

Objective To conduct professional training based on competency for specialized nurses in operating room, and discuss its effects. Methods 23 junior nurses in the operating room of our hospital were selected to carry out the specialized training in the orientation of job demand, and evaluated the nurses＇ abilities and satisfaction before and after the training. Results After the operating room nurses＇ professional training theory and practice ability were better than before training, department of specialist nurse job competencies satisfaction evaluation was better than before training, significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The specialized subject to the operating room nurses through competence oriented training mode of professional training, can effectively enhance the level of nurses＇ skills and theoretical knowledge, at the same time improving the capability of the department of junior nurses, for satisfaction, use the training mode worthy of promotion.
