护理人员继续教育课程重要性与护理能力的关系

The Relationship Between the Importance of the Continuing Education Curriculum and the Nursing Ability of the Nursing Staff

目的探究基层医院护理人员继续教育课程重要性与护理能力的关系。方法采用横断面调查法通过问卷调查的形式对我院110名基层医院护理人员进行深入调查。结果性别、工龄、婚姻状况以及护理能力等级对护理人员进行继续教育课程重视性均无较大影响;年龄、学历以及参与基层在职教育培训经验对护理人员继续教育课程重要性的影响较大。结论基层医院护理人员需要重视继续教育课程,才能不断提高自身护理能力。

]Objective To explore the relationship between the importance of the continuing education curriculum and the nursing ability of the nursing staff in the grass-roots hospitals. Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the nursing staf of 110 primary hospitals in our hospital by questionnaire. Results The gender, seniority, marital status and the level of nursing ability had no signifcant infuence on the importance of continuing education curriculum for nurses. Age, educational background and the experience of participating in the training of basic job education had great infuence on the importance of the continuing education of nursing staf. Conclusion The nursing staf in the grass-roots hospitals need to pay attention to the continuing education curriculum so as to improve their nursing ability.
