摘要
医院教学工作是医院综合发展、整体实力不断提升的主要组成因素之一,是培养高素质人才的重要途径。东莞市人民医院与谢岗医院组成的"医联体",是全市首个"医联体"。通过对医院教学现状、创建过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出从完善教学制度、开展多形式教学活动、成立教学监管小组、加大教学经费投入、强化激励措施等多方面进行完善;此外,以"医联体"为依托,市人民医院将从规范制定、人才培养、专科建设、技术提升等几个方面对我院创建工作进行指导和帮助,为"医联体"教学医院创建工作指明了方向。
