对“医联体”模式下教学医院创建工作的若干思考

医院教学工作是医院综合发展、整体实力不断提升的主要组成因素之一,是培养高素质人才的重要途径。东莞市人民医院与谢岗医院组成的"医联体",是全市首个"医联体"。通过对医院教学现状、创建过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出从完善教学制度、开展多形式教学活动、成立教学监管小组、加大教学经费投入、强化激励措施等多方面进行完善;此外,以"医联体"为依托,市人民医院将从规范制定、人才培养、专科建设、技术提升等几个方面对我院创建工作进行指导和帮助,为"医联体"教学医院创建工作指明了方向。

The ＂medical association＂ made up of Dongguan people＇s hospital and Xie gang hospital is the frst＂medical association＂ in the city. Through the hospital teaching presentsituation, the problems that exist in the creation process is analyzed, andput forward from the perfect teaching system, developing more forms ofteaching activities, establishment of teaching supervision team, increasedinvestment in teaching funds, strengthen incentives and other aspects toperfect; In addition, based on ＂medical association＂, Dongguan people＇shospital will provide guidance and help to the establishment of our hospitalfrom the aspects of standardized formulation, personnel training, specialized construction and technological upgrading. The direction is pointed out forthe establishment of ＂medical association＂ teaching hospital.
