硬膜外联合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治手术的效果观察

Epidural Combined With General Anesthesia in Rectal Cancer Radical Surgery

目的探讨硬膜外联合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治手术中的临床效果。方法将62例患者分对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组行全身麻醉,观察组联合硬膜外麻醉,观察两组麻醉效果。结果观察组血压、心率在插管时、切除后及拔管时优于对照组,不良反应发生率(9.7%)低于对照组(22.6%)(χ~2=4.78,P<0.05)。结论两种麻醉方式联合用于直肠癌根治手术中,安全性高,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efect of epidural combined with general anesthesia in the radical surgery of rectal cancer. Methods Sixty-two patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received general anesthesia. The observation group received general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic efect was observed. Results The blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were better than those in control groupafter intubation, excision and extubation. The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.7% in observation group, lower than 22.6% in control group （χ2=4.78, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of two anesthesia methods for rectal cancer radical surgery can achieve high safety and fewer adverse reactions.
