眼底激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效评价

Therapeutic Evaluation of Laser Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的讨论眼底激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法现随机选取2015年4月—2016年8月我院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各34例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,实验组给予眼底激光光凝治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为97.05%,高于对照组的79.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为5.89%,低于对照组的20.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用眼底激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变能够提升治疗有效率,减少并发症的发生率。

Objective To discuss the clinical efect of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 68 cases of diabetic retinopathy from April 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated conventional medication, and the experimental group was treated with laser photocoagulation, and the efect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.05%, which was higher than that of the control group （79.40%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.89%, which was lower than that of the control group （20.58%）, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can improve the efciency of treatment and reduce the incidence of complications.
