开麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的分析麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法将130例冠心病心绞痛者随机分为2组,每组65例。对照组行常规西医治疗,以此为基础,观察组加用麝香保心丸治疗,分析效果。结果和对照组相比,观察组的心电图改善率和临床有效率更高,P<0.05;和对照组相比,观察组院内心绞痛急性发作次数方面较少,但差异无统计学意义。结论对于冠心病心绞痛患者以常规西医药物为基准,加用麝香保心丸治疗,安全性强,能全面提升患者运动量耐受力,促进疾病转归,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 130 cases with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, on the basis of which, the observation group was treated with musk baoxin pill, and the effect was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the ECG improvement rate and clinical efciency were higher in theobservation group, P 〈 0.05; Compared with the control group, the number of acute episodes of angina pectoris in the observation group was less than that in the control group, but the diference was not statistically signifcant. Conclusion For patients with angina pectoris, taking the conventional western medicine as the standard and adding shexiang baoxin pills is safe, which can improve the tolerance of exercise volume, promote the prognosis of disease and improve the quality of life.
