补肾解郁汤治疗老年高血压合并抑郁状态患者的疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Bushen Jieyu Decoction in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Hypertension and Depression

目的研究对老年高血压合并抑郁的患者采用补肾解郁汤治疗,对其内皮功能和临床效果造成的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2017年9月来我院就诊的老年高血压合并抑郁的患者52例,按照治疗方式将其均分两组,各26例。参照组患者采取络活喜治疗,实验组患者采取补肾解郁汤治疗。对2组老年高血压合并抑郁患者的血压、降压效果、抑郁评分、内皮素、一氧化氮作比较。结果对比两组老年高血压合并抑郁患者的血压、降压效果、抑郁评分、内皮素、一氧化氮,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压合并予以患者使用补肾解郁汤进行治疗,抑郁状态得到明显好转,内皮功能得到改善。

Objective To study the effect of tonifying kidney Jieyu Decoction （Bushen Jieyu Decoction） on the endothelial function and clinical effect in the elderly patients with hypertension and depression. Methods 52 cases of senile hypertension complicated with depression from September 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the method of treatment, each with 26 cases. The reference group were treated amlodipine besylate tablet treatment, the experimental group were treated bushen jieyu decoction treatment. The blood pressure, antihypertensive effect, depression score, endothelin and nitric oxide between the 2 groups were compared. Results The blood pressure, antihypertensive effect, depression score, endothelin and nitric oxide in two groups of elderly patients with hypertension and depression were compared. The diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of senile hypertension combined with tonifying kidney Jieyu Decoction, the state of depression was obviously improved and the endothelial function was improved.
