“三位一体”教育模式对哮喘患者疾病控制水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察"三位一体"教育管理模式对支气管哮喘患者疾病控制水平的影响。方法 100例支气管哮喘患者根据数字表法随机分为2组,对照组(n=50)采用常规治疗措施和基础健康宣传教育,观察组(n=50)在对照组基础上予以"三位一体"教育管理模式干预,干预时间为3个月。采用哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评估两组患者干预前和干预后1个月、2个月、3个月时的哮喘疾病控制情况,比较两组患者病情控制达标情况。结果两组干预前ACT评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后1个月、2个月、3个月时的ACT评分高于对照组(P<0.05),且随着干预时间的延长,观察组ACT评分升高(P<0.05),而对照组无明显改变(P>0.05);观察组白天症状、无因哮喘夜间扰醒、日常活动不受限、按需用β2激动剂、病情无急性加重、无急诊或住院、无不良反应而改变治疗、良好控制等病情控制达标情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "三位一体"教育管理模式可有效控制哮喘疾病,效果良好。 Objective To observe the influence of the "three-in-one" education management model on the level of disease control in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups according to digital table method, the control group (n=50) were treated with routine treatment and basic health education, the observation group (n=50) were treated with "three-in-one" mode of education management intervention on the basis of the control group, and the intervention time was 3 months. The asthma control of two groups before and 1 month, 2 months, 3 months after intervention were evaluated by asthma control test (ACT). The control of the condition in two groups was compared. Results The ACT scores of two groups before intervention showed no signifcant diference (P〉0.05), and the ACT scores of observation group 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after the intervention were signifcantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05), and with the longer treatment time, ACT score of the observation group increased significantly (P〈0.05), and the control group had no significant change (P〉0.05). The control of the condition of observation group such as not because of asthma symptoms during the day at night wake, daily activities are not limited to, with beta 2 agonists, patients without acute exacerbation, no emergency treatment or hospitalization, no adverse reaction and good control, change the treatment condition were signifcantly better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The "three-in-one" education management model can efectively control the asthma disease, the efect is good, it is worth popularizing and applying.
