细节护理在医院消毒供应中心中的应用效果探讨

Application of Detail Nursing in the Hospital Disinfection Supply Center

目的研究细节护理降低供应室工作差错率和提高科室医务工作人员对灭菌消毒服务满意度的效果。方法 2015年4月—2016年4月,我院实施细节护理前供应室工作差错率和科室对灭菌消毒服务满意度,与实施实施细节护理后(2016年4月—2017年4月)相对比。结果实施细节护理之后的供应室工作差错率低于实施前,实施细节护理之后科室医务工作人员对灭菌消毒服务满意度大于实施前,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论细节护理在降低供应室工作差错率和提高科室对灭菌消毒服务满意度方面有良好的效果。

Objective The study of detailed nursing care reduces the error rate in the supply room and improves the efect of the department＇s satisfaction on sterilization and disinfection services. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, the rate of error in the supply room and the satisfaction of the department on sterilization and disinfection service before the detailed nursing care were carried out in our hospital and the implementation of detailed nursing （April 2016 to April 2017） were compared. Results The rate of error in the supply room after the implementation of the detailed nursing care was lower than before the implementation, after the implementation of detailed nursing care, the satisfaction of the department to sterilization and disinfection service was greater than that before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Detail care has a good efect on reducing the error rate in the supply room and improving the degree of satisfaction of the Department for sterilization and disinfection services.
