摘要
目的对针对性护理应用于老年心功能衰竭患者的临床效果进行分析。方法随机抽取我院84例于2015年10月—2016年10月入院的老年心功能衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组,各42例,分别给予针对性护理与常规护理。结果观察组患者护理总满意41例(97.61%),高于对照组的34例(80.95%),观察组治疗总有效41例(97.61%),高于对照组的33例(78.51%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对老年心功能衰竭患者采用针对性护理,能够提高患者的护理满意度及治疗总有效率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efect of targeted nursing forelderly patients with heart failure. Methods 84 elderly patients with heart failure from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group, respectively, targeted nursing and routine nursing. Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 41 （97.61%）, which was higher than that of the control group 34 （80.95%）. The total efective treatment in the observation group was 41 （97.61%）, higher than that of the control group 33 （78.51%）, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of targeted nursing for elderly patients with heart failure can improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction and the total treatment efciency.
