循证护理在骨科特殊体位护理中应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Evidence Based Nursing in the Special Body Position Nursing in the Department of Orthopedics

目的分析循证护理在骨科特殊体位护理中应用效果。方法选取本院100例需要维持特殊体位的骨科患者,按照不同护理方法将其分为常规组与循证组,各50例,常规组实施常规护理,循证组实施循证护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果循证组的住院时间与功能完全恢复时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组的并发症发生率是14.0%,循证组是6.0%,循证组低于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组的护理满意度是86.0%,循证组是98.0%,循证组高于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在骨科特殊体位护理中应用效果显著,可明显缩短患者的住院时间与功能恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing （EBM） in the special nursing position nursing in department of orthopedics. Methods 100 patients need to maintain special position in department of orthopedics in our hospital were divided into 50 cases in the routine and evidence-based groups according to different nursing methods. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group, evidence-based nursing was carried out in the evidence-based group, and the nursing efect of the two groups was compared. Results The time of hospitalization and complete recovery of function in the evidence-based group were shorter than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the routine group was 14%, the evidence-based group was 6%, the evidence-based group was lower than the routine group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the routine group was 86% , the evidence-based group was 98%, the evidence-based group was higher than the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in department of orthopedics special posture nursing application efect is remarkable, can signifcantly shorten the hospital stay and functional recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
