摘要
目的分析研究采用心理评估和干预在儿童保健工作中的效果。方法利用随机数字表法,将142例入院接受保健服务的儿童均分为2组,观察组71例,给予心理评估指导干预;对照组71例,采用常规的儿童保健护理方式。记录分析两组儿童护理后的心理健康情况。结果观察组与对照组在接受儿童保健前,身体各项指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);保健护理后,观察组在品行偏差、焦虑指数及身心问题方面均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学的心理评估指导干预可以帮助儿童健康成长,促进身体发育,改善心理健康状况。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological assessment and intervention on children's health care. Methods 142 children in our hospital by using the random digital table method were divided into 2 groups. 71 cases in the observation group were given psychological intervention, and 71 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing care. The mental health of two groups of children after nursing was recorded and analyzed. Results There was no statistical diference between the observation group and the control group before receiving the health care of the children (P 〉 0.05). After health care, the observation group in the conduct deviation, anxiety index and physical and mental problems were lower than the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Scientifc psychological assessment guidance can help children grow healthily, promote physical development and improve their mental health.
