摘要
目的对重症医学护理中应用人性化护理的作用进行分析探究,提升重症医学的护理质量。方法对重症监护室的护理工作进行人性化管理,包括实行两班制、弹性排班制、休息室制度、加强科室的沟通,以此提高护理人员的工作热情,提升护理效果,提高工作质量。结果通过实施人性化护理管理理念,重症医学的临床护理工作效率与质量得到提高,护理团队意识得到加强,患者的护理满意度提高。结论实施人性化护理管理理念能够显著提升重症医学临床护理工作质量,患者高度认可,更有利于医患关系的和谐发展。
AbstractObjective To explore the role of humanistic nursing in intensive care and to improve the quality of intensive care. Methods The humanized management of nursing work in ICU includes two shifts, flexible scheduling, lounge system and communication between departments, so as to improve the enthusiasm of nurses, enhance the nursing effect and improve the quality of work. Results Through the implementation of the concept of humanized nursing management, the efficiency and quality of clinical nursing work in critical care medicine have been improved, the awareness of nursing team has been strengthened, and the patient's nursing satisfaction had been improved. Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing management concept can signifcantly improve thequality of clinical nursing work in critically ill patients, highly recognized by patients, and more conducive to the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
