摘要
目的评价集束化护理在血液病房中的应用价值。方法将我院2015年11月—2017年6月收诊的148例血液病房行PICC导管治疗的患者作为研究对象,电脑随机分为观察组(n=74)与常规组(n=74)。常规组行常规护理,观察组行集束化护理,对比分析护理效果。结果观察组置管时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组意外脱管、插管感染发生率为1.3%(1/74)、4.1%(3/74),常规组分别为8.1%(6/74)、13.6%(10/74),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液病房中,给予集束化护理干预,可缩短置管时间,减少意外事件。
Objective To evaluate the application value of cluster nursingin department of hematology. Methods 148 patients with hematologicadiseases who underwent PICC catheter therapy from November 2015 toJune 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（n=74） and routine group （n=74）. Routine nursing was performed inroutine group, cluster nursing was performed in the observation groupand the nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The timeof intubation in the observation group was shorter than that of theconventional group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of accidental tube removal and intubation infectionin the observation group was 1.3% （1/74） and 4.1% （3/74）, respectivelyand the diference was statistically signifcant 8.1% （6/74） and 13.6%（10/74） in the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the caseof blood disease, cluster nursing intervention can shorten the time ofintubation and reduce the accident.
