护理风险管理在介入放射科介入治疗中的应用体会

Experience of Nursing Risk Management in Interventional Radiology Intervention Therapy

目的对介入放射科介入治疗中应用护理风险管理的体会进行总结分析。方法以我院2015年8月—2017年7月诊治的424例患者为研究对象,根据实施护理风险管理时间将2015年8月—2016年7月诊治的212例患者作为对照组;2016年8月—2017年7月诊治的212例患者作为观察组,对比两组患者的临床护理质量与护理满意度。结果研究组患者的手术成功率、护理差错率、患者感染率以及纠纷投诉率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度为98.54%,对照组患者护理满意度为72.43%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在放射科介入治疗中应用护理风险管理,可提升护理质量,患者认可度高。

Objective To summarize and analyze the experience of nursing risk management in interventional radiology interventional therapy. Methods 424 patients from August 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were studied. According to the time of nursing risk management, 212 patients were treated as control group from August 2015 to July 2016. From August 2016 to July 2017, 212 patients were treated as the observation group and compared the clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The rate of success, the rate of nursing error, the rate of infection and the rate of complaint in the study group were all lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 98.54%, and the satisfaction of the control group was 72.43%, and the observation group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the interventional therapy of radiology can improve the quality of nursing and the patient has a high degree of recognition.
