基本公共文化服务均等化实证研究——以陕西省为例

An Empirical Study on the Equalization of Basic Public Cultural Services in Shaanxi

借用反映贫富差距的基尼系数对2013—2016年陕西省各地市间的基本公共文化服务均等化水平进行了测度。结果显示,近年来陕西省基本公共文化服务均等化水平呈上升趋势,且为当前国内少数几个实现高质量均等化的地区之一。

This paper uses the Gini coefficient reflecting the gap between the rich and the poor to measure the level of the equalization of basic public cultural services among cities of Shaanxi Province in 2013-2016. The results show that in recent years, the equalization of basic public cultural services in Shaanxi is on the r ise, and Shaanxi is one of the few regions that have achieved high quality equalization in China.
