一种用于空间应用效益评估的价值网络模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 以利益相关者相关理论和方法为依据,从项目、产业、国家3个层面分析出我国空间应用效益11类利益相关者,应用三阶关系地图展示了利益相关者之间的价值流动路径,构建了空间应用效益利益相关者价值网络模型;借助定量分析的卡诺模型与定性的专家访谈方法,对价值网络内价值流进行测算和评定,确定在空间应用效益项目中具有重要影响的价值流,并通过近地轨道空间站项目进行了实证验证。研究结论对空间探索项目具有一定的普适性和实践价值,可为面向不同目的地探索的载人航天项目评估和论证提供新的方法和思路。 Based on theories and methods of stakeholders,11 categories of stakeholders in space applications in China were analyzed from three hierarchy levels including the project,the industry and the nation.The value flow paths among stakeholders were demonstrated by the three hierarchy level stakeholders map.The value network model of stakeholders in space application was established and the value flow within the network was estimated and evaluated by quantitative analysis of Kano model and qualitative expert interview.The value flow with significant influence on the space application projects was determined and then was verified by LEO space station project.The research results are of practical value and have some universality for the space exploration projects.It may provide some new methods and insights for the evaluation and demonstration of human space projects with different destinations.
