摘要
目的:研究丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑对妊娠期甲亢患者妊娠结局、甲状腺功能和肝功能的影响。方法:选取妊娠期甲亢患者98例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组49例。观察组患者采用丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑治疗,对照组仅采用甲巯咪唑治疗,比较两组患者的妊娠结局及甲状腺、肝功能指标的差异。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的TSH水平均显著升高,FT3、FT4、T3和T4的水平均明显降低;与对照组相比,观察组患者的TSH水平高于对照组,FT3、FT4、T3和T4水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者肝功能指标均升高(P<0.05),且观察组的各项指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者足月生产率为85.7%,高于对照组的59.2%(P<0.05)。结论:丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑治疗对妊娠期甲亢患者改善妊娠结局、甲状腺和肝功能的效果优于单纯甲巯咪唑治疗效果。
Objective To explore effects of Propylthiouracil combined with Methimazole on pregnancy outcome, thyroid func-tion and liver function of hyperthyroidism patients during pregnancy. Methods : The data of 98 patients with hyperthyroidism during pregnancy were collected and they were randomly divided into two groups, with each of 49 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with Propylthiouracil combined with Methimazole, while those in the control group were only given Methimazole treatment. The pregnancy outcome, thyroid function and liver function of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with those before the treatment, the TSH levels of the two groups after the treatment significantly increased, while the FT3 , FT4, T3 and T4 levels decreased significantly. Compared with the control group, the TSH level of the observation group was higher, while the FT3, FT4, T3 and T4 levels were lower ( P〈0. 05). After the treatment, the liver function indexes of the two groups increased ( P〈0. 05) , and those of the observation group were higher than the control group ( P〈0. 05). The term productivity of the observation group was 85. 7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 59.2% ( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Propylthiouracil combined with Methimazole in the pregnant patients with hyperthyroidism can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome, thyroid function and liver function, and is superior to single Methimazole.【
