生物反馈-认知行为联合前庭康复训练治疗慢性主观性头晕疗效观察

Effect observation of biofeedback-cognitive behavior training combined with vestibular rehabilitation training in treatment of chronic subjective dizziness

目的:观察生物反馈-认知行为联合前庭康复训练治疗慢性主观性头晕(CSD)的疗效。方法:选取78例CSD患者,按照随机数表法均分两组,对照组采用生物反馈-认知行为训练,研究组在对照组基础上采用前庭康复训练治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组头晕发作持续时间、发作频次等指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈-认知行为联合前庭康复训练治疗CSD的疗效优于单纯生物反馈-认知行为训练治疗疗效。

Objective To observe effects of biofeedback-cognitive behavior training combined with vestibular rehabilitation training on chronic subjective vertigo （CSD）. Methods： 78 patients with CSD were selected and divided into tw-o groups according to the random number table method. The control group received biofeedback-cognitive behavior training,while the study group was trea-ted with vestibular rehabilitation training based on that of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Re-sults： The total effective rate of the study group （97.44% ） was higher than that of the control group （76. 92% ）,and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05）. The symptom disappearance time as well as dizziness duration and seizure frequency after the treatment of the study group were better than those of the control group （ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Biofeedback-cognitive behavior therapy combined with vestibular rehabilitation training in the treatment of CSD is more effective than single biofeedback-cognitive be-havior training.【
