免疫组化双染技术在淋巴瘤亚型检测中的应用

Application of immunohistochemical double staining technique in lymphoma subtype detection

目的:观察免疫组化双染技术在淋巴瘤亚型检测中的应用效果。方法:选取23例淋巴瘤患者和12例淋巴增生患者作为观察对象。取患者淋巴组织,经石蜡切片采用免疫组化双染技术,检测CD3、CD20/CD45RO、CD79a表达水平,并比较其在淋巴瘤和淋巴增生患者的表达阳性率。结果:B细胞的CD20阳性显红色、CA79a阳性显棕色;T细胞的CD3阳性显棕色、CD45RO阳性显红色。淋巴瘤患者CD3、CD20/CD45RO、CD79a检测阳性率为82.61%(19/23),明显高于淋巴增生患者的25.00%(3/12),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫组化双染技术用于淋巴瘤患者CD3、CD20/CD45RO、CD79a检测的阳性率较高。

Objective To observe application effects of immunohistochemical double staining technique in lymphoma subtype detection. Methods： 23 patients with lymphoma and 12 cases with lymphoid hyperplasia were selected as the observation objects. The lymphoid tissue slices were taken, embedded in paraffin, and analyzed with the immunohistochemical double staining technique to ob-tain the CD3＋ CD20/CD45 RO＋ CD79 a levels. Further, the positive expression rates of CD3 ＋ CD2 0 /CD4 5 RO＋ CD7 9 a in lymphoma and lymphoid hyperplasia tissues were compared. Results： B lymphocyte CD2 0 positive expression was red, CA7 9 a positive expression was brown, T lymphocyte CD3 positive expression was brown and CD4 5 RO positive expression was red. The positive detection rate of CD3 ＋ CD20/CD45 RO＋ CD79 a in the patients with lymphoma （82. 61% , 19/23） were significantly higher than that of those with lymphoid hyperplasia （25. 00%, 3/12）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0 . 0 5 ） . Conclusions ： The immunohistochemical double staining technique has a high positive detection rate of CD3 ＋ CD2 0 /CD4 5 RO＋ CD7 9 a in the patients with lymphoma.【
