工会经费管理是基层工会日常工作的重要组成部分。工会的经费、资产都来自于职工群众,经费使用时应切实发挥出实效。新形势下,基层工会需要在严格遵守中央"八项规定"精神的同时,充分保障职工的正当福利,不断加强财务管理制度化建设,促进基层工会经费使用规范化、科学化,更好地服务职工,从而有效增强基层工会活力、提升工会整体实力。
