高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效

Clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical erosion

目的评价高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将我院2016年4月至2017年1月收治的168例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各84例。研究组患者应用高频电波刀治疗,对照组患者应用微波疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者手术时间及术后阴道排液时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的总有效率为97.62%,明显高于对照组的86.90%(P<0.05);两组中、重度宫颈糜烂患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂具有手术时间短、术中出血少、疗效可靠的优点,适用于各种病变程度的宫颈糜烂患者。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment ofcervical erosion. Methods A total of 168 cervical erosion patients admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 84 cases in each group. The study groupreceived loop electrosurgical excision procedure, and the control group accepted microwave therapy. The clinical effects ofthe two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time and postoperative vaginaldischarge time of the study group were shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was less（P〈0.05）. The total effective rateof the study group was 97.62%, which was higher than 86.90% of the control group （P〈0.05）. There were no significantdifferences in total effective rate on moderate and severe cervical erosion between the two groups （P〉0.05）. ConclusionLoop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical erosion has the advantages of short operation time, lessbleeding in the operation and reliable curative effect, which is suitable for all kinds of cervical erosion patients withvarious pathological changes.
