全膝关节置换术对老年骨关节炎患者关节功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨老年骨关节炎患者采取全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗对关节功能的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2016年10月我院收治的82例骨关节炎老年患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受接受TKA治疗。比较手术前、后患者的膝关节功能及HSS评分。结果手术后,患者的VAS评分明显低于术前,且ROM度数明显优于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后,患者HSS各项评分及总分均明显高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TKA可有效改善老年骨关节炎患者的关节功能和膝关节疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) on joint function in elderly patients withosteoarthritis. Methods From September 2015 to October 2016, 82 elderly patients with osteoarthritis admitted in ourhospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were treated with TKA. The knee function and HSS scores of thepatients before and after operation were compared. Results After operation, the VAS score of the patients was lower than thatbefore operation, and the angle of ROM of the patients were better than those before operation, there were statisticallysignificant differences (P〈0.05). After operation, the each HSS score and total score of the patients were higher than thosebefore operation, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion TKA can effectively improve the jointfunction and knee joint pain in patients with osteoarthritis, which is worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
