二甲硅油联合聚乙二醇电解质散用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果

Effect of dimethicone combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation before colonoscopy

目的探讨二甲硅油联合聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查前肠道准备过程中的清洁及祛泡效果。方法将160例接受无痛结肠镜检查的患者随机分为研究组及对照组,各80例。研究组使用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合二甲硅油进行肠道准备,对照组单纯使用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备。比较两组的肠道清洁程度、祛泡效果及检查后患者腹胀程度。结果研究组在肠道清洁程度及祛泡效果均优于对照组(P<0.05);且两组祛泡效果与检查部位不相关,研究组腹胀程度略低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论二甲硅油在结肠镜检查前肠道准备过程中可有效祛泡,其联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散时肠道清洁度高,患者耐受性较好,并可提高视野清晰度。

Objective To explore the colonic cleanness and remove foam effect of dimethicone combined withpolyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods A total of 160 patients whoreceived painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. Thestudy group received polyethylene glycol electrolyte （PEG-electrolyte） powder combined with dimethicone, the controlgroup only received PEG-electrolyte powder. The colonic cleanness, effect of removing foam, abdominal distention afterexamination were compared in the two groups. Results The colonic cleanness and effect of removing foam in the studygroup were better than those in the control（P〈0.05）. The effect of removing foam was not related to the site of examination,and the abdominal distention in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group （P〉0.05）. ConclusionDimethicone is good for colonoscopic preparation, which can effectively remove foam. The dimethicone combined withPEG-electrolyte powder can improve the colonic cleanness, and patients are better tolerated, which can enhance thevisualization of the intestinal mucosa.
