经尿道2μm激光联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经尿道2μm激光联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果。方法将我院收治的100例前列腺增生患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行经尿道前列腺电切术,观察组行经尿道2μm激光汽化联合经尿道前列腺电切术。比较两组患者的治疗效果,包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、最大尿流率、残留尿量。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组的术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间、住院时间、并发症总发生率、最大尿流率、残留尿量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取经尿道2μm激光汽化联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生具有术中出血量少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,可有效改善患者的前列腺尿道功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral 2μm laser combined with transurethral resection of theprostate in prostatic hyperplasia. Methods One hundred prostatic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into controlgroup and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent transurethral resection of prostate,the observation group underwent transurethral 2μm laser combined with transurethral resection of prostate. The therapeuticeffects were compared between the two groups, including the operation time, the amount of bleeding, postoperative bladderirrigation time, indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time, the complication rate, the maximum urine flow rate, residualurine volume. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P〉0.05); theamount of bleeding, postoperative bladder irrigation time, indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time, total complicationrate, maximum urine flow rate, residual urine volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion It has the advantages of less intraoperative bleeding, quick recovery and less complications to taketransurethral2 滋m laser vaporization combined with transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of prostatichyperplasia, and it can effectively improve the function of patients with prostatic urethra.
