预见性护理干预对颅脑肿瘤术后压力性损伤的影响

Effect of predictive nursing intervention on postoperative stress injury in brain tumor

目的观察预见性护理干预对颅脑肿瘤术后压力性损伤的影响。方法选择2015年11月至2016年10月于我院行颅脑肿瘤手术的患者88例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(44例)与对照组(44例)。对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组则采取预见性护理干预。观察两组患者的压力性损伤发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组压力性损伤总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预有助于提升临床颅脑肿瘤术后压力性损伤的预防效果与护理质量,降低压力性损伤的发生率,临床普及价值高。

Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing intervention on postoperative stress injury in braintumors. Methods From November 2015 to October 2016, 88 patients with craniocerebral tumor surgery in our hospital wereselected as the objects, and randomly divided into observation group （n=44） and control group （n=44）. The control groupwas given clinical routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention. The incidence ofstress injury and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The total incidence of stress injury in theobservation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the clinical nursing satisfaction of the observationgroup was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing interventions can help to improvethe preventive effect of postoperative stress injury and nursing quality in clinical brain tumors, reduce the incidence ofstress injury, which has high clinical popularization value.
