持续性健康教育在乳腺疾病手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect analysis of continuous health education nursing in patients with breast disease surgery

目的观察持续性健康教育护理在行手术治疗的乳腺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年2月在我院行手术治疗的80例乳腺疾病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组采用持续性健康教育护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组对疾病知识、技能掌握情况及护理服务满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果护理后,两组对疾病相关知识及技能的掌握评分明显提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对护理服务的满意度显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在采用手术治疗的乳腺疾病患者中,持续性健康教育可显著提高患者对乳腺相关知识、技能的掌握程度,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous health education nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods Eighty cases of breast cancer patients treated with surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 wererandomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group used thecontinuous health education nursing, the control group used the routine nursing, the acquisition of disease-related knowledgeand skill, nursing satisfaction and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the grading scores of disease-related knowledge and skills in the two groups significantly improved,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of nursing service in theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the overall incidence rate of complications wassignificantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the surgical treatment of breast disease patients,continuous health education nursing can significantly improve the patients＇ mastery of breast-related knowledge and skills,improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
