针对性护理在不明原因消化道出血患者实施双气囊小肠镜检查中的临床效果

Clinical effect of targeted nursing in unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding patients with double balloon enteroscopy

目的分析针对性护理在不明原因消化道出血患者实施双气囊小肠镜检查中的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年5月至2017年5月收治的不明原因消化道出血患者110例,所有患者入院后均接受双气囊小肠镜检查。根据来院就诊时间将患者分为参照组和观察组,各55例。参照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予针对性护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度为98.2%,明显高于对照组的81.8%(P<0.05);观察组患生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率为3.6%,明显低于参照组的18.2%(P<0.05);观察组患者一次性检查成功率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论不明原因消化道出血患者实施双气囊小肠镜检查时给予针对性护理,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度及生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing in unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding patientswith double balloon enteroscopy. Methods A total of 110 patients with unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding admitted inour hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study objects. All the patients received double balloonenteroscopy. According to admission time, the patients were divided into reference group and observation group, with 55cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing, and the observation group were given targeted nursing.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation groupwas 98.2%, which was higher than 81.8% of the reference group （P〈0.05）. The quality of life scores of the observationgroup were higher than those of the reference group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation groupwas 3.6%, which was lower than 18.2% in the reference group （P〈0.05）. The one -time check success rate of theobservation group was higher than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing in unexplainedgastrointestinal bleeding patients with double balloon enteroscopy can reduce the incidence of complications, improve thenursing satisfaction and quality of life for the patients, which has high clinical application value.
