PDCA模式在高龄骨折患者压疮预防中的应用

Application of PDCA mode in prevention of bedsore in senile patients with fracture

目的探究PDCA模式在高龄骨折患者压疮预防中的应用方法及效果。方法选取我院收治的66例高龄骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者予以PDCA模式护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组的疾病、预防、康复三维度得分及压疮知识总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组压疮发生率为12.1%,对照组压疮发生率为48.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对压疮的健康信念水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA模式在高龄骨折患者压疮预防中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of PDCA mode in prevention of bedsore in senile patients withfracture. Methods Sixty -six senile patients with fracture admitted in our hospital were selected randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and theobservation group was given PDCA mode nursing. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results Thescores of disease, prevention, rehabilitation knowledge and total scores in the observation group were higher than those inthe control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of bedsore in the observation group was 12.1%, and that of the control groupwas 48.5%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the health belief level of bedsore of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of PDCA mode in prevention ofbedsore in elderly patients with fracture is effective, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
