氟康唑与克霉唑阴道栓进行霉菌性阴道炎治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of fluconazole and clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis

目的探讨氟康唑与克霉唑阴道栓进行霉菌性阴道炎治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年4月收治的71例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组(n=35)单纯采用克霉唑治疗,观察组(n=36)予以氟康唑与克霉唑联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组疾病复发率为2.8%(1/36),明显低于对照组的20.0%(7/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑与克霉唑阴道栓进行霉菌性阴道炎治疗的疗效显著,预后良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole and clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods A total of 71 patients with fungal vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to April2016 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n=35） was treated with clotrimazole alone. The observation group（n=36） was treated with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. During follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.8%（1/36）, which was significantly lower than 20.0%（7/35） of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of fluconazole and clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis is significant, the prognosis is good, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
