小儿急性支气管炎采用小儿化痰止咳糖浆治疗的效果

Effect analysis of pediatric expectorant cough syrup on pediatric acute bronchitis

目的探讨小儿急性支气管炎采用小儿化痰止咳糖浆治疗的效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2017年3月收治的200例小儿急性支气管炎患儿,根据不同治疗方法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患儿采取常规西医对症支持治疗,研究组患儿在对照组治疗基础上应用小儿化痰止咳糖浆,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿的咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的71.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均没有明显的不良反应发生。结论小儿急性支气管炎采用小儿化痰止咳糖浆治疗的效果确切,见效快,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of pediatric expectorant cough syrup on pediatric acute bronchitis. Methods From March 2014 to March 2017, 200 children with acute bronchitis in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine symptomatic support treatment, the study group was treated with expectorant cough syrup on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of cough, fever and pulmonary rales in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the study group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 71.00% in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Pediatric expectorant cough syrup has exact effect on pediatric acute bronchitis, with quick effect, it is worthy of clinical reference.
