参麦注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的效果观察

Effect of Shenmai injection combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of patients with heart failure result from coronary heart disease

目的探讨参麦注射液与琥珀酸美托洛尔在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的84例冠心病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将入选的患者分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组患者给予琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合应用参麦注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.85%,明显高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的心率、心胸比率、LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF及血浆BNP水平均明显改善,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液与琥珀酸美托洛尔联合应用可有效改善患者的心功能及血浆BNP水平,且不良反应少,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of Shenmai injection combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of patients with heart failure result from coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 84 patients with heart failure result from coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission,all patients were divided into control group and study group, with 42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate, on this basis, the study group combined with Shenmai injection. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.85%, which was significantly higher than 76.19% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the heart rate, cardiothoracic rate, LVESD, LVEDD, LVEF and plasma BNP levels significantly improved in both groups, and those of the study group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of patients with heart failure result from coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patient＇s heart function, plasma BNP levels, with less adverse reactions,which has important clinical significance.
