康复护理对脑梗塞后认知功能障碍的疗效观察

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction

目的分析康复护理对脑梗塞后认知功能障碍患者的护理效果。方法将我院收治的100例脑梗塞后认知功能障碍患者随机分成观察组及对照组,各50例。观察组患者给予常规护理加综合认知康复护理,对照组患者仅给予常规护理,比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损情况、认知和行为能力。随访6个月,比较两组疾病复发率。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05)。护理8周后,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、简易智能状态监测量表评分、日常生活互动能力评价表评分均显著改善,观察组上述评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组患者的复发率为8.5%,显著低于对照组的28.6%(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗塞后认知功能障碍患者采取康复护理,可以有效改善临床症状和体征,缓解神经功能缺损情况,改善认知和行为能力,防止疾病复发,是一种较好的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 cases of hospitalized patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given routine nursing combined with comprehensive cognitive rehabilitation care. The control group was only given routine nursing. The clinical efficacy, neurological deficits, cognitive and behavioral abilities of the two groups were compared.Followed up for 6 months, the disease recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than 84.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After 8 weeks of nursing, the scores of neurological deficit score, simple mental status monitoring scale and daily living ability e valuation scores of both groups significantly improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The follow-up of 6 months showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.5%, which was significantly lower than 28.6% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction, relieve the neurological deficit, improve the cognitive and behavioral ability, and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
