Li Sao inherited the feminine style from the traditions of songs of sacrifice,highlighting such characteristics as the elegance and gentleness in the culture of South Chu. In the turbulent overlap as well as fantastic and illusory scene,the image of beauty was vividly portrayed. The author tried to depict the female body and the beauty of temperament,appreciating and pursuing beauty without any concealment. In the particular witch culture of Chu,the ancestors' mysterious sense of women-worship was indicated obviously by the temperament and modalities of the beauty in Li Sao.
